The American Political Science Association condemns the unprovoked and unjustified Russian invasion of Ukraine. We stand in support of the Ukrainian people, all those who study, teach, and research in the country, and the many scholars and students, including APSA members, who have connections to the country. We will continue to work with organizations in the United States, Europe, and elsewhere to support academic freedom and the scholars who are displaced, and to highlight information and expertise for the public and policymakers on politics in Ukraine, Russia, and the region.
