
The APSA Committee on the Status of LGBT Individuals in the Profession is sponsoring travel grants to support attendance at the 2025 APSA Annual Meeting & Exhibition, September 11–14, 2025, held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to address the latest scholarship in political science, exploring the conference theme, “Reimagining Politics, Power, and Peoplehood in Crisis Times.”
About the Travel Grant
Travel grants will support individuals who will travel to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for the Annual Meeting. Grants will not exceed $300 per awardee. Priority will be given to applicants with accepted poster and paper presentations, or individuals attending APSA to engage in service on LGBT-related committees/sections. The application deadline is June 29, 2025.

About the Committee
The APSA Committee on the Status of Disability in the Profession monitors the status of political scientists with disability at all levels; advances research on disability as well as on issues of particular relevance to disability; develops and promotes curriculum materials on disability; works to ensure fair and equal treatment of disabled people throughout the profession.
